INFORMATION FAIR 2012

WHEN: TUESDAY 3 JULY at 3.00pm!
WHERE: HARRISON 101

Next Tuesday is our Information Fair for all new students starting at INTO University of Exeter this summer! We will be on hand to provide information about all the services that are available on campus as well as details about things that you can do in your spare time!

We will also be encouraging you to sign up for our social events this summer, so if you bring along some money to book your places on our weekend coach trips. Each trip costs £5.00 and they are a great opportunity to the explore the amazing South West and beyond!

It will also be a great opportunity to meet the other students arriving into Exeter this weekend, we really encourage you to come along and see us!

EURO 2012 FOOTBALL

If you are interested in football, the final of this years EURO 2012 football tournament is being shown live on BBC1 this Sunday Evening! It should be a really good game, with some of the best teams in Europe competing.

So far champions Spain have qualified and they will play either Germany or Italy depending on the result of their semi final, which is also being shown on BBC1 tonight!

If you haven't been following the games, England managed to do what we always do, reach the quarter finals and lose on penalties :( England have only ever managed to win one out of seven penalty shoot outs at major tournaments!

Please add your comments as to who you think will win this time around, my prediction is Germany!

Another Wimbledon update

Wimbledon is now in full swing ! Yesterday Heather Watson became the first British women to reach the 3rd round ( last 32 players) for 10 years. The last women to reach the 3rd round was Elena Baltacha in 2002.

Look out for our top men's player Andy Murray. He is playing in the second match on centre court today against the giant Ivo Karlovic who is 6ft 10 inches or 2.08m.
