IT REGISTRATION

If you have not yet attempted to register your IT account you will need to go to:

https://as.exeter.ac.uk/itreg

And follow the on screen instructions, good luck! 

If you are struggling with activating your IT account here are some of the error messages that you may see with some instructions about how to deal with the issues!

not in record - If it says this it is because you need to wait another 24 hours for your card details to register on the system, if you try again the next day it should work!

please enter valid 10 digit number - if your card number is only 9 digits long and has an X at the end, for example 123456789X you will need to go to the Student Information Desk and they should be able to help you! 

uni card no. not valid - If this comes up after waiting 24 hours you will need to go to the IT Help Desk, who will then be able to help you!

REMEMBER if you need to go to the IT Help Desk you will need your student cards otherwise they will not be able to help you!

If you have NOT completed registration your IT account will not work until this has been completed!
